Coasis is a community of independent workers that establish conversations, hang out with each other and, who knows, maybe also create strong, lasting relationships – we usually host a mix of remote workers, freelancers and location independent. With a beautiful location in the heart of Barcelona, we promote a community of hard-working people, as well as a healthy and respectful lifestyle. The location of Aribau is a modernist appartment with a sunny livingroom. The appartment has 4 rooms. Bathroom is shared with 1 person. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. - Single room 750€/month - Double room 850€/month - Premium double room 950€/month - Premium double room 950€/month *10% VAT is included Only premium double room is available for 2 people, the price would be 1100€/month. The location of Ps. de Sant Joan is a modernist appartment with a balcony next to the livingroom and a private balcony adjacent to your room. The appartment has 2 rooms. It has 2 bathroom, with one being your private one. - Double room 1000€/month *10% VAT is included This double room is also available for 2 people, the price would then be 1200€/month. Aribau This apartment is located in the neighbourhood Eixample which is known for there stylish boutiques, bars, and restaurants around iconic square Plaça de Catalunya. It is perfect if you want to get to know the city, because you are already in the middle of the city center. And if you don't want to walk, the metro and bus stations are very close by. Ps. de Sant Joan Once you walk out of the door you enter Gràcia, one of less touristic neighbourhoods in Barcelona. Here you can find small squares, bars, art galleries and typical spanish shops. You will find more locals here and it's bursting with charm. Once you walk up the hill on the north side you will find parc Güell and with a 10 min walk you'll stand in front of La Sagrada Família.

Yes, we place people in apartments based on availability at the time of the reservation. It is possible to change the room later, but the initial assignment will be mostly based on which rooms are available at that time, regardless of the gender of the other colivers who have rooms in the same space.

ARIBAU NO, unfortuantly in this location, we don't accept pets.

You can cancel free of charge 1 month before arrival after that the amount of the deposit will be charged as a penalty. Deposit will be returned after your stay max 30 days, you will receive information prior to your departure. In case you need to postpone your arrival, we can postpone your payment without extra charges with a 1 month notice and upon availability If there is a major/unpredictable cause for the cancellation we wil check case by case.

Fill de form in Apply Now. We will review your profile and send you the information. If you are selected, we will provide information for doing the reservation. The reservation is not done till the payment is not made and received.

After you email us to ask about availability, we will ask you to tell us a little bit more about yourself, because we want to get to know you and see if you would fit into the Coasis community. We will find the best option for you based on your needs and our availability, and we will discuss all the details as we go. After being confirmed that you have been selected to be part of the community, in order to secure the spot, you need to make a transfer of one month payment.

Our stays are minimum 3 month and a maximum of 6 months. For a 3 months contract, you will have 25€/month discount. For a 6 months contract, you will have 50€/month discount. Coasis is able to provide a contract for empadronamiento.

The most important is to respect the sleep of others considering the noise that is made, clean what you have used both in the kitchen and in common spaces and respect others. Additionally: *Everyone should minimize the noise level in rooms and common spaces to avoid disturbing other colleagues and guests. Specially from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m *You can use the kitchen at any time of the day, but be careful about noise, as mentioned above. *Charges: Water, electricity and gas are included in the monthly rate. We hope that each one makes a proper and responsible use of them. *Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any room, even if it has a balcony or terrace. You can only smoke on the street or on the common patio of Coasis. Once you make a reservation, we will send you our full rules for the Coliving community.
